  Design/Build for complete renovation of existing Main Street Refrigeration Company building to house a new 4,100 sq ft state of the art dental office with 10 exam stations, laboratory, waiting room with a view and several administrative support offices. In-house Bruss design services.

• Valley Regional Primary Care Physicians Office ~ Newport, NH
  2,300 sq ft renovation of existing main street drug store into a primary care office for Valley Regional Hospital of Claremont NH. The new office consists of 5 examination rooms, a laboratory, reception area, a nurse’s station and several offices for Doctors and nursing staff.
  
  There are also two patient ADA compliant bathrooms, a break room and staff lavatory.
