  Evolution Rock + Fitness

  Plymouth Water & Sewer District Office
  This ARRA funded Deep Energy Retrofit (DER) managed in association with the Plymouth Area Renewable Energy Initiative(PAREI) will seek to achieve net zero energy consumption through retrofit of the existing building, installation of energy efficient systems and the addition of a 9.2 kw grid-tied Photovoltaic system.

  Hockey Rink Expansion ~ Andover, NH
  Proctor Academy has selected Bruss to provide Construction Management services for this collaborative design/build project with UK Architects of Hanover. The expansion will include 6 locker rooms, 2 coach's rooms, lobby and restroom facilities. In 2003 Bruss performed a complete renovation to the ice rink facility. Click here to view photos.

  Residential ~ Greenland, NH
  First project for the Evo Home Company, a partnership between TMS Architects and Bruss Construction. This 2700 sq ft high performance home will feature precast insulated concrete foundation, fully panelized envelope with SIP walls and roof, panelized floor system, Solar Thermal DHW and Energy Recovery Ventilation System. This home has been created to outperform the building codes energy requirement standards by over 60% and offers an innovative design and efficient build schedule of just four months.   Private Residence ~ Meredith, NH
  Addition to existing Bruss built high performance residence. This new space contains guest quarters over a 2 stall garage with separate motorcycle entrance and work bay. The addition will match the main house's custom interior and exterior finishes. Click here to view photos.
